We are delighted to announce that we will be offering another term of our teacher-led stay and play sessions on Thursday mornings at St Martin’s Church Hall in Knowle (9:30 – 10:15 am). Run by our qualified lead teacher – Laura – our classes will be suitable from birth to three.

Have you ever wondered why nursery rhymes are so good for your toddler? Or what all the fuss is about ‘baby sensory’? Do you wish your baby could just tell you what they want? In these classes, our staff will tell you the “why” behind the play you do naturally as your child’s caregiver, give you an opportunity to learn new seasonal rhymes and songs, and teach you simple signs that will help your child to communicate with you. These sessions will provide you with an ideal bonding opportunity, a chance to meet other parents in the community, and a repertoire of traditional, modern and specialised songs for you and you little one to enjoy together.

What will we be doing?

We will be learning basic, practical signs to use with your child, learning fun songs that will help your routine, as well as rhymes and stories using props and toys and discussion about child brain-development. Each session will have time built in to talk to the other parents at the session, as well as free-play elements for your child to socialise.

When is it?

Term dates and cost are detailed on our Google Form. Please complete this form to register your child for this term, and further information on how to pay for your child’s place will be emailed to you.

We look forward to welcoming you to our classes!
